Most buyers who order artificial flowers from China never visit the factory. The flight is long, the trade fairs are crowded, and a first order is often too small to justify the trip. A video call fills most of that gap, if you know what to ask for.
This page shows our own showroom in Jinhua, China, and the things we suggest every buyer asks to see on a call, with us or with any other supplier.

What a Showroom Tells You That a Catalogue Doesn’t
A catalogue photo is one stem on a white background, lit to look its best. In a showroom you see hundreds of finished pieces side by side, under ordinary ceiling lights. That is closer to how your customers will see them.
- Range. Ours holds flower walls and panels, table runners laid out in rows by colour, rose garlands in many colours, bouquets, wreaths and arch pieces.
- Colour. Pinks, champagnes and purples look different on a screen and in a room. Seeing a whole row of one colour shows you how much the shades vary.
- Finish. On a call you can ask for any piece to be picked up, turned over and brought close to the camera.

What to Ask For on the Call
- The back of a piece. Ask them to turn a flower wall panel or a table runner over. You will see the base, how the stems are fixed, and whether the backing shows from the side. We showed the back of our table flower runner with a tape measure on it.
- A tape measure. Sizes in a catalogue are easy to write. Ask for the piece you care about to be measured on camera.
- One stem, close up. Ask for a single stem to be held near the camera and the petals pressed. This is the quickest way to judge a real touch flower.
- The same colour in different products. If you are building a wedding set, ask to see a runner, a garland and a wall panel in your colour next to each other.
- Something you didn’t plan to ask about. Pick a random shelf. A showroom set up only for the call will run out of things to show.

Questions About the Factory Itself
A showroom shows products. Ask about the business behind them too. These are our answers, so you have something to compare with:
- Where is it, and how big? Jinhua, Zhejiang. The production facility is about 3,500 m², with 51 to 100 employees, and output of around 500,000 units a month.
- What do you make yourselves? We make the artificial flowers. We also have our own iron factory, which makes wedding arch frames, so a frame and its flowers can be planned together and shipped in one order.
- What do you buy in? Ask this directly. A supplier who says “we make everything” for a range of hundreds of items is rarely telling the whole story.
