What Buyers in Dubai and the UAE Ask For
Buyers of premium flowers in this market tend to be specific. A general request for “silk flowers” is rare. Three points come up again and again.
- Real touch petals. Flowers are placed on dining tables, reception desks and wedding stages where guests stand close and often touch them. Buyers want petals that feel soft and slightly moist, like a fresh flower.
- Finish on every part. Careful buyers ask whether the leaves and stems have the same finish as the petals, and whether the finish covers both sides of each petal.
- Natural variation. A row of identical stems looks artificial. Buyers ask for natural stem color and for small differences between one stem and the next.

Real Touch or Silk: Which to Choose
“Silk flowers” is the common trade name for fabric flowers. Almost all of them are made of polyester. On our “real touch” flowers the petals are fabric, coated several times and coloured by hand. They are sometimes called latex-coated or “moisturizing” flowers because of the cool, moist feel of the petals.

Heat, Sunlight and Dust
The UAE climate is a fair reason to choose artificial flowers. It is also a reason to be careful about where each product will be used.
- Indoor, air-conditioned spaces. Hotel lobbies, restaurants, malls and ballrooms are the easiest setting. Most real touch and fabric flowers are made for indoor use.
- Outdoor or sun-facing positions. Strong sunlight fades color and ages soft materials. Do not assume a product is suitable for outdoor use. Tell the supplier where it will be placed and ask whether that item has UV protection.
- Hot storage and transport. Soft-coated flowers should not be stored for long periods in a hot container or warehouse. Ask for storage advice with your order.
- Dust. Ask how each product should be cleaned. Smooth real touch petals can usually be wiped; fabric petals are dusted.
How to Order from China and Ship to Dubai
- Send your inquiry. Include the flower types, colors, quantities, where the flowers will be used and your deadline.
- Review the quotation. It should state the material, size, pieces per carton, price, MOQ and the shipping term.
- Approve samples. Check them by hand and under the lighting of your venue. Our sample policy explains how sampling works.
- Confirm the order. Payment terms and the production schedule are confirmed with the order documents.
- Production and inspection. Goods are checked against the approved sample. You can also appoint a third-party inspector. See inspection.
- Shipping. Bulk orders to the UAE usually go by sea to Jebel Ali. Urgent or small orders can go by air. The quotation should name the Incoterms rule and the port. See shipping and Incoterms.
Import duty, VAT and customs clearance in the UAE are handled on the buyer’s side, usually through your freight forwarder or customs broker. Ask them to confirm the current rules before you finalize your budget.

MOQ and Mixed Orders
There is no single minimum for every order. MOQ depends on the item, the color and the packaging. Regular items have lower minimums than custom colors or new designs. Mixed orders across several flower types are normal, and each item and color has its own minimum. See our MOQ policy.

Do you have a showroom or warehouse in Dubai?
No. We manufacture in Jinhua, China, and ship to the UAE. You can review products through samples, photos and video, or plan a factory visit.
Can I get samples sent to the UAE?
Yes. Samples can be sent by courier before you place a bulk order. Sample and courier costs are confirmed when you request them.
Which artificial flowers look most realistic?
For close viewing, real touch flowers. For large installations seen from a distance, good fabric flowers look just as convincing and weigh less.
Can artificial flowers be used outdoors in Dubai?
Only products made for outdoor use, with UV protection confirmed for that item. Tell us where the flowers will be placed so we can advise.
Can you match my wedding or brand colors?
